Yuliya’s Story
From one or two UTIs a month to slowly reclaiming everyday life
Yuliya began working with Herbal UTI Healing after years of recurring, increasingly resistant infections. She is now documenting steady progress through an individualized recovery process shaped by her history, sensitivities, and responses over time.
A clear view of progress
Then and Now
- UTIs had progressed to one or two per month
- Multiple Gram-negative organisms identified
- Multidrug resistance
- Persistent urethral burning
- Fear of triggering another flare
- Reactions to multiple products
- Progressed into Renewal
- Better able to recognize and respond to early flares
- Recently resolved a flare in approximately three days
- Gradually tolerating biofilm support
- Returned to gardening without her typical UTI pattern
- Reports being in a much better place than one year ago
Recovery is not always linear. Phases may be revisited when symptoms change.
The starting point
Where She Started
Yuliya’s UTIs began in 2018. They progressed from two or three infections per year to one or two per month. She had tried antibiotics, herbs, D-mannose, cranberry, probiotics, vaginal estrogen, celery juice, teas, dietary changes, and many supplements. Some products caused burning or other reactions.
Testing had identified Enterobacter, Klebsiella, E. coli, and Proteus mirabilis, along with multidrug resistance. Persistent urethral burning continued even when routine cultures appeared clear. Previous reactions left her afraid to use many products or introduce anything vaginally.
“I just want to feel better no matter what it takes.”
Personalized and responsive
The Approach
Her plan evolved in response to her documented pattern, sensitivities, and reported experience. These are individualized wellness strategies, not proven cures.
Control the Active Infection Pattern
A personalized Active Phase herbal strategy was selected around her Gram-negative infection pattern.
Introduce Biofilm Support Gradually
Support was introduced carefully and adjusted according to her sensitivity and response.
Rebuild and Protect Irritated Tissues
She moved through Stabilization into Renewal with continuing support for irritated urinary tissues.
Learn Her Individual Triggers and Responses
The plan adapted around supplement reactions, urine-pH management, tea tolerance, and flare triggers.
Recovery in motion
Her Progress Timeline
Starting Point
Years of recurring UTIs, persistent burning, multiple identified pathogens, multidrug resistance, and frequent fear of another flare.
Building the Foundation
Began organizing her individualized routine around urinary support, herbal protocols, tissue healing, biofilm management, and careful monitoring.
Moving Beyond the Active Phase
Progressed from Active treatment into Stabilization and then Renewal.
Learning to Respond Early
Recognized an early flare and returned promptly to the Active Phase. Symptoms resolved in approximately three days, allowing her to return to Renewal.
Tolerating Biofilm Work
Progressed to one Phase-2 Advanced capsule daily without the earlier adverse reaction, paired with her Gram-Negative tincture.
A Real-Life Breakthrough
Spent more than an hour pulling weeds, historically a UTI trigger, with only light discomfort afterward and no progression into typical symptoms. As of July 31, 2026, she is over 12 weeks antibiotic-free while continuing her personalized Renewal and biofilm support plan.

A meaningful everyday milestone
More Than Gardening
For someone without chronic urinary symptoms, pulling weeds may seem ordinary. For Yuliya, prolonged squatting and garden work had become associated with irritation and fear. Working outside for more than an hour without thinking about infection was an important sign that everyday life was beginning to feel normal again.
“Usually garden work is a UTI trigger for me because I have to squat and that irritates my tissue down there. But this time I was pulling weeds for over an hour and it never crossed my mind that I might end with another UTI after. I felt normal!”
