10. Confidential and Proprietary Information

11. Orders, Pricing and Payment

We may cancel or decline an order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

Temporary platform interruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund, although we may provide reasonable assistance or alternative access when appropriate.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

These Terms, together with any applicable sales page, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and signed client agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Signal & Sage Digital LLC regarding the applicable offering.

When a signed written agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject addressed in that agreement.
